@toddgrotenhuis from what I remembered it did sync with Apple Health pretty well but you still have to use their Garmin Connect app. As far as the messaging features I did not use them, I don’t know if my watch was too old for that but I think I got notifications of messages but I never found them reliable enough to do anything with it. Granted that was the Fenix 6 so maybe some improvements now.
