Strange looking sky this morning. Too bad I had to cut my run a little short and I was still cutting it short for my 6:30am work meeting. Glad we didn’t have to have video on this morning 😁🏃🏻♂️.
Chased again 🏃♂️...🦅...🌳
Pretty sure I was chased by the same bird that followed me a couple of weeks back. This time however it was less in a fun way of circling me and more of an attacking / intimidating me. I am guessing the bird has a nest that is close to this boardwalk path since it seemed quite upset with me after I ran by a specific bush that is really close to the path. I remember seeing it flying by me and then instantly circled and flew after me chirping along the way. I looked back probably 3 different times and it was no more than 5 feet from me in the air acting like it would like to peck me in the head. After I finally got away and realized it wasn’t following me I snapped this picture.
I am starting to think I might have to avoid this route for a while or at least not attempt it in the morning hours 🤣.
Year end performance review time 🤦♂️… I am looking for any distraction I order to not work on it right now. So what is everyone up to and does anyone have anything interesting I should check out 🤣.
Found a new trail to explore this morning that connected to another I have been on before. Tried to get out extra early in order to avoid the heat but the humidity was probably just as bad at 95% 🥵🏃🏻♂️

Family movie tonight was Mrs. Doubtfire. It has been a long time since I have seen it. Unfortunately, we had to watch it in the RV tonight as we couldn’t do it outside under the stars as it was raining 🤷♂️…

In today’s running adventures… First part went great, then ran into a team of ducks blocking my path and that’s when things went a little haywire. That led me to wrong paths and running through the creek to get back to my car in time🤦♂️🤣

Family movie last night I selected The Great Outdoors, however after about 30 minutes the kids were bored with it. I feel like they should have given it a little more time but there were maybe a little questionable parts I forgot so it made sense to find something different 🤣
Had a great Father’s Day with the crew yesterday. Not to mention they did a great job creating this very unique Father’s Day cake for me 🎂😁.
